Top 5 Carpooling and Ridesharing Apps in Finland Q4 2021 Performance

In the fourth quarter of 2021, the top five carpooling and ridesharing apps in Finland showed varying performance trends in terms of weekly downloads and active users, based on data from Sensor Tower. Here’s a closer look at how Yango: taxi, food, delivery, Uber - Request a ride, Bolt: Request a Ride, Cabify, and Careem – rides, food & more performed throughout the quarter.

Yango: taxi, food, delivery saw a steady increase in weekly downloads, peaking at 6.8K in the final week of December. Weekly active users also showed a positive trend, growing from 5.3K at the start of the quarter to nearly 10K by the end.

Uber - Request a ride experienced a moderate increase in weekly downloads, reaching 1.6K in the last week of December. The app maintained a strong base of active users, fluctuating around 54K, with a peak of approximately 58K in the final week.

Bolt: Request a Ride had relatively stable weekly downloads, with a slight peak of 1K in mid-October. Weekly active users showed minor fluctuations, ending the quarter with around 4.8K users.

Cabify had the lowest weekly downloads among the top five apps, peaking at 192 in mid-October. Active users saw a slight increase, reaching 559 in mid-October before dipping and then recovering to 545 by the end of December.

Careem – rides, food & more showed a gradual increase in weekly downloads, peaking at 233 in the last week of December. Weekly active users followed a similar trend, climbing from 116 at the start of the quarter to 371 by the end.
